Appointments & Cancellation Policy
We ask that guests check in at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Services begin and end on time, and will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals. All non-member appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card.
To cancel an appointment without being charged, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled services, and no-shows will be charged in full.

Yes! To help you fully unwind, we offer up to 2 hours of complimentary childcare during your scheduled spa treatments.

Absolutely. We offer a variety of specialized treatments like Deep Tissue, Deep Heat Therapy, and Dynamic Cupping. Additionally, deep tissue or sports therapy techniques can be added to any of our traditional massages for an extra $10.

Yes. Bella Vita Day Spa gift certificates are available for purchase in the spa and may be used toward spa services, treatments, retail products, and gratuities. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and certain spa services may require a signed parental consent form. At Bella Vita Day Spa, unopened and unused skin care and body care products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Due to sanitary and safety considerations, opened or gently used products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
