Join us for Pilates on the Deck, with Group Reformer classes available every day for most levels. Students must complete a new client private session package before joining a class. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled sessions.

Kimberly is an experienced Pilates professional with comprehensive certification (NCPT formerly PMA) and over 20 years of teaching experience.

Terry
Terry is a comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor (PMA-NCPT) who earned her primary certification with STOTT PILATES® in 2010. She is also certified in Group Fitness and Indoor Cycling, and has taught in the fitness industry since 2007. Terry enjoys working with people of all ages and levels, emphasizing proper alignment and efficient movement.

Georgia
Georgia is Level 1 certified on all apparatus (STOTT Pilates). She is also nationally certified with National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP). Georgia has been teaching Pilates since 2010.
As the Pilates Coordinator, Kimberly brings her passion for movement and her commitment to providing high-quality instruction to create a positive and transformative experience for all clients. Since 2003, she has been dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through Pilates. Kimberly's expertise extends beyond Pilates as she is also a Level 3 Fascia Stretch Therapy Sports Specialist and a Master Bootybarre instructor.
